If you are in third or fourth grade:
If you are in fifth or sixth grade:
- go to this website http://www.storylineonline.net
- choose any story to listen to
- write a retelling of the story including the main character(s), the setting, the problem, and the solution.
- you can write using the computer or on paper.
If you are in fifth or sixth grade:
- read from a book or magazine for 20 minutes
- post a comment or e-mail me telling me about what you read.
Some optional activities would be:
- read to someone (or a pet) in your house.
- record yourself reading a poem or story.
- write a story or poem about anything you want.
- send me a link to your favorite educational website.
- play a word game like Boggle or Scrabble or Words With Friends. (You can find me at TerriDrew29.)
